A few days ago, my friend called me to let me know that she was heading to NYC to go shopping. During the conversation, she exclaimed "...and I am going to buy you these cute fish neck stockings that I say the last time I was in NYC". Well, I researched this accessory, and I found the picture to the left. Pretty sure that was not what she was talking about!
