So, I'm in the Rite-Aid looking at Father's Day cards and I overhear a proud grandmother boasting about her grandson who graduated from high school. I offered my "Congratulations" to the graduate, his proud parents, and grandparents, and then she said this: " Thank you sweetie. My grandson is going to be a STEM CELL major! Isn't that nice?" I responded "Stem cell? Oh, he will be in a STEM program? She replied "NO! It's a STEM CELL program...it's something new!
*long blank stare* Yeah, I bet it's NEW...so new that no one has ever heard of it! Just like an Ignorantic to correct you though...
Ignorantics is speech, written and oral, derived from ignorance and the act of expression is the "antics". This blog is dedicated to the Ignorantics who are casual and chronic offenders. In this blog, I will share stories and commentary about individuals who find themselves in either of these categories. I would also like to inform my readers that all of the stories that I share on this Blog are “REAL” stories but the names of the Ignorantics have been changed to protect the ignorant! © 2010-19.

When the Opera Crosses Over Into Academia: This is What Happens...
Ok...so you are probably thinking Ignorantics could never be a part of academia, right? WRONG! There are ignorantics in the classrooms on college campuses folks! YES! Professors!
Yesterday, one of my readers forwarded an email to me from her friend who was seeking a letter of support for "tenor". That's right...I said "tenor". He said, and I quote "Can you write a letter of support for me because I am going up for 'tenor' this year."
Typo ladies and gentlemen? or is he just an Ignorantic? I would love to hear from my tenured professors who read this Blog...what say you? Is this a typo?

Did You Graduate From a "Credited" University?
What is Your College's Beacon Score? Does your college have a 700 score or higher? Well, this may not be a discussion you have amongst friends, but apparently some Ignorantics have been discussing this recently.
No one let them know that there is a difference between an "accredited" University and a "credited" University. I guess it does not beg the question...
